Herterich Auctioneers opened its second office in the heart of Waterford City and has enjoyed rapid growth as a leading Auctioneers and Estate Agency in the region. With an emphasis on communication and integrity, we deliver expertise and success to all of our clients, presenting a bespoke service that always goes the extra mile.
Together we provide a wide range of professional services including Residential & Commercial Sales and Lettings, Property Management, and Valuations (Bank, Probate, Family Law and Fair Deal valuations).
Between the two offices, we cover a wide area including Tramore, Waterford City, South Kilkenny, Dunmore East, the Copper Coast from Fenor & Annestown on to Bonmahon and along the N25 from Kilmeaden to Kilmacthomas.

Barry is a graduate member of IPAV (Irish Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) graduating with distinction in 2005. Barry has a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and worked in international finance for many years before returning home to Tramore to work as an Auctioneer. Barry is a licensed Property Service Provider registered on the public registry of the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA). Barry is a qualified Recognised European Valuer (REV).

Emma graduated with a degree in Property and Valuations in 1996 and has over 14 years experience in Sales, Lettings, Valuations, and Property Management. Emma is a licensed Property Service Provider and lives in Tramore.

Sarah has been working in the Property Sector since 2005 and has a wealth of experience in Lettings, Sales, and Property Management. Having completed a higher certificate in Property Studies with the Society of Charted Surveyors at Dublin Institute of Technology, Sarah is a licensed Property Service Provider and lives in Tramore.
